2. Are your toys safe for kids? Yes! All our toys meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (CPSIA certified). We prioritize non-toxic materials, no small parts for young children where unsafe, and durable designs.
3. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico where applicable). International shipping is not currently available.
4. What are your shipping options and times? We offer flexible shipping through trusted carriers:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on orders qualifying for free shipping threshold — check product pages or cart)
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (same as above, promotional or threshold-based)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 (if not qualifying for free)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays. We process orders within 1-2 business days.
5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping on many orders (7-14 business days). Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on products or reach the cart minimum (if any — often $50+ for free standard).
6. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unopened items in original packaging. Simply contact us at support@digitalworksheets.com with your order number. Return shipping may apply unless the item is defective/damaged.
